pain is universal but pain is also subjective. or rather - the degree of pain is subjective.  Does that make sense? What gives someone sleepless nights might simply cause another to cringe for the two seconds of having that memory flash across his or her mind. Nobody has the right to condemn another’s struggles by comparing it to a relatively “greater” one.
